We mainly use the EMS(Global Express Mail Service) to send out your products; sometimes we also accept other Express service, such as UPS and DHL. The total delivery from China to North American, West Europe, Oceania countries usually need 3-7 days. And shipping to other countries would need 7-14 days. Here, we promise to ship out your item in 12-24 hours.
Double-sided Custom Clearance
We guarantee double-sided custom clearance that means the export & import tax are all on our duty, and you do not need to pay any fee; we also guarantee safe delivery to your address.
Shipping delay
The following facts may delay the delivery:
1.Your order is large in quantity, so we will take more time to prepare your products.If the order is too large to deliver in one time, we just need to divide them and send them out in several times.
2.Special days: Orders will be delayed shipped out as some special days, such as weekends, holidays and other special days. As our clients will be off,we need extra days to process the order.
3.Climate or other reasons: Usually the total delivery is 7-10 days, while as the climate or other reasons, the delivery may need more days.
Return for Exchange
If you are returning for exchange, please send us an email for your return authorization number and to order your exchange item. Ordering your exchange item will better ensure availability. We will refund your purchase price once we receive your return. If you choose not to order, you still must call to obtain a return authorization number. Once you have obtained this authorization, please complete the form by following the instructions located at the bottom of your receipt.
Return Shipping Charges: Customer will be responsible for the any charge to ship the item back to us. If you believe an error was made in your order, please contact Customer Service.
Items returned for exchange: If the desired item is out of stock, the return will be treated as a return for refund we will issue a refund less the cost of the original free shipping or six dollars, and we will notify you by email about your refund.
Worn items: Used or worn items will not be accepted without a defective item return authorization. Please call if you believe your item to be defective. All returns and exchanges must be new and completely unworn.

To return your products for a refund, please send us an email for a return authorization number and complete the form by following the instructions located at the bottom of your receipt.
Returns must include the shoebox and all accessories: The original box and all accessories must be included or a charge may apply. The products and accessories MUST be packaged within a shipping box in order to return. Taped shoeboxes will not be eligible for a refund.
Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. Please allow as much as two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
We recommend using an insured parcel service such as UPS or UPS for all returns. You may use the tracking number they provide to track the status of your return.
